Last Year’s Event

Dancing With The Arc Stars continues to be a shinning example of bringing local leaders and businesses together to do something extraordinary for people served by The Arc of Washington County. The evening started with dance performances by students at Barbara Ingram’s School of Dance and Ballet and All That Jazz.

Soon after Today Show’s Craig Melvin appeared on-screen talking about this local fundraiser. During the opening video, we learned about an on The Arc campus dance performance and was delighted by the dancer’s social media campaigns – including cameo performances by pervious dancers.

Guests enjoyed three dance performances including a classical ballroom style, Beach Boys, and Gloria Estefan’s Conga. Each dance performance was accompanied by a special video showcasing each dance couple passion for supporting The Arc’s vital mission. At the end of the night, Hillary Pangborn and Matt Andrews raised more funds than the other dancers, taking home the crystal disco ball. The ultimate prize, however, is given to our people supported. 

This year was another record-breaking year – our six dancers, along with event sponsors and donors, raised over $273,000! Proceeds from this event continue to be used to improve the lives of those we serve.
