What is a DSP?

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help people with intellectual / developmental disabilities live inclusive and independent lives.

It’s a fulfilling job – assisting with daily activities, from cooking and shopping to walks around the neighborhood, while helping individuals achieve their own personal goals.
