Supported Employment

The Supported Employment Program offers training opportunities and support in finding and sustaining meaningful employment for people with developmental disabilities. The Arc provides job training, job procurement and job coaching, as necessary, to master work tasks and skills. Special attention is given to ensure that individuals find employment that is well-suited to their skills and interests. Support services are also provided to individuals with developmental disabilities who own/operate micro-businesses in the community.
