Position Summary:

Title Technical Professional II – Maintenance Worker
Position Type: Full time: Non-Exempt – Monday through Friday with after-hours emergency calls. Must be flexible with hours.
Position Summary:

Provides technical or professional support to a department/project.  May adapt procedures and processes to accomplish position requirements. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Maintenance performs routine tasks in preventive
maintenance, minor repair work, and simple construction in and/or on buildings,
fixtures, mechanical equipment, grounds, and roadways.  While the majority of tasks are normally associated with semi-skilled maintenance work, it is also necessary for an
employee to perform general laboring tasks and is expected to work with
independence under the direction of the Director of Maintenance.  Completed assignments are normally inspected for compliance with instructions and for quality. This is a non-exempt position.

Position Type: Non-exempt- PT
Position Summary:

HS Diploma/GED required. This entry-level position requires no experience, although one year of working with developmental disabilities or a similar population is preferred.

PT- 20 hours per week. Mon.-Fri. 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary:

The role of the Professional Support Staff I-Community is to support individuals with disabilities, in a variety of community-based settings, to live and work as independently as possible and to reach their self-identified goals.  This staff is responsible for the facilitation of employment outcomes, community-based natural supports, as well as supporting, training and development of individual self-direction and self-advocacy skills. Title Technical Professional IV – Behavioral Consultant – IBMP
Position Type: Full Time: Mon-Fri (exempt)
Position Summary:

Provides professional support to the Intensive Behavioral Management Program.  Duties and tasks are varied and moderately complex.  Applies advanced professional skills to the position.  May adapt procedures and processes to accomplish position requirements.  Works under minimal supervision or under the professional supervision of a licensed expert in a particular field, e.g., PHD Phychologist.  Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.  Valid driver’s license along with three (3) years of driving experience required. Job Specific Competencies

Provision of clinical services such as individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy and consultation for program participants.
Keep complete, accurate, timely paperwork, records, and charts as required by DHMH, DDA or other state agency as well as The Arc/WC policies and procedures.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed and as defined by his/her team.
Will supervise and instruct paraprofessional staff in theories methods, practices, and techniques employed in psychological service delivery to the persons served.
Will participate in the development and delivery of behavioral programs and individualized plans for program participants.
Will provide a variety of diagnostic assessment services (under supervision) including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests to measure cognitive, affective, and psycho-motor domains of persons served.
Will follow the ethical standards of the American Psychological Association in the delivery of services to program participants.
Will provide inservice training for staff on behavioral programs or therapeutic treatment plans as well as individualized intervention plans for program participants.

Title LPN II – HOME BASED – RESIDENTIAL SERVICES – PRN

Ensures   that individuals receive appropriate medical services (medical, dental and   psychiatric appointments; lab and diagnostic studies; medical and dental   procedures, etc.) in a timely manner.
Provides   nursing care to assigned persons served. Observes the condition of the   individual and reports significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
Ensures   the Authorization for Use of Mechanical Supports are completed annually and   when there is a change in supports used; ensuring that Instructions for Use   of Mechanical Supports remain current.
Completes   annual reviews for individuals prior to annual IP including the Annual   Nursing Summary of the individual’s history during the past year.
Ensures   that 90-day authorizations for restraints/sedation for medical purposes are   completed.
Ensures   that nursing recommendations for over-the-counter topical products are   completed by the RN.
Completes   documentation of the assessments to ensure that completed assessments are   available in the home within two (2) weeks of the assessment date.

Must read and sign after understanding the mandatory reporting requirements in the Children’s Program Child Abuse and Neglect Policy
Complies with the annual TB screening requirement
Must maintain an understanding for specific Children’s Program policies and procedures
Responsible for the understanding and implementation of the Individual Crises Management Plan (ICMP) and any other professional support treatment plans
Actively participate in staff meetings and treatment planning
Other duties as assigned.
