Accounting Associate:  AA Degree preferred; HS diploma required.  Min. of five years experience in bookkeeping or accounting with proficiency in Excel, Word and Access.  Will report to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities include accounts payables and receivables, reconciliations, billing, sales journal entries and data entry.  Must have 4 years driving experience and clean driving record. Community Coordinator:  F/T  Must have 2 yrs. experience working at The ARC of Washington County, Inc. in the adult residential or similar program, or 6mths working in the Community Coordinator Trainee position required.  HS diploma required.  AA degree preferred.  Responsible for assisting the assigned Residential Director. Community Health Nurse-LPN:  F/T to work with a diverse population with disabilities.  LPN licensed to practice in MD.  Must possess a valid driver’s license and have excellent driving record.  Must have 4 years driving experience and clean driving record. Network Systems Manager:  F/T days.  Must have knowledge of computer network operations.  Responsible for systems maintenance and upgrades.  1 yr. in an employment/educational environment working to troubleshoot and repair computer problems required.  AA in computer science is preferred.  Must have 4 years driving experience and clean driving record. Therapist:  F/T MS in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling with ability to qualify for license to practice in MD or qualify as a Psychology Associate and 1 yr. of clinical experience is required.  Will provide individual/group/family therapy to 12 adolescents in small group home settings.  Adolescents range in age from 10to 17 yrs. and have mental health and developmental issues.  Must work a flexible schedule to include evenings and emergency support on weekends.  Will coordinate all mental health services and participate in the clinical team process and train and manage the overall behavioral program.  Must have 4 years driving experience and clean driving record.
